This Metal Cage Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder is made of high quality metal material that is durable and won't rust, the sturdy metal can withstand a variety of outdoor elements such as rain and snow. This bird feeder is truly squirrel-proof, with an outer mesh measuring 1.7x1.7 inches to effectively prevent squirrels from getting in, or even nibbling. Only small birds such as sparrows, bluebirds, chicks and nuts are allowed to enter, while large birds are effectively prevented from entering and causing damage.
The Metal Cage Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder has a large rain-proof top cover and bottom drainage holes to effectively keep seed dry and fresh, reducing food seed waste. Perfect for outdoor birding and yard decoration. The bird feeder's lid is secured by a handle locking mechanism that squirrels cannot easily open. When you remove the handle and open the bird feeder lid, adding birdseed from the top becomes very easy.
WARM TIPS: For this metal cage bird feeder, the birds may need some time to get used to it. You can put some seeds on the platform of the cage to lure the birds into the cage. And unlike our other bird feeders, it has a shorter hook, it is highly recommended that you use it together with our Butterfly & Feather Hook Set.
