Where do we ship from?

SAMHEOUTDOOR is a proudly Chinese company with warehouses in China and the USA, so we ship all orders from both locations. We will arrange delivery based on your address, or stock availability.

 

What countries do you ship to?

All regions in Europe, parts of Oceania (only including New Zealand and Australia), all regions in South America, all regions in North America, and parts of Asia (including Israel, Indonesia, Taiwan, Iraq, Turkey, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos, Philippines, Viet Nam, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Singapore, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Macao SAR, Kuwait, Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Maldives, Lebanon, Kazakhstan). Unavailable regions are Africa. We are also actively establishing contacts with logistics companies in countries that do not support shipping, in an effort to realize global shipping!

 

Is your site secure for online shopping?

Absolutely! Your security is our top priority. Our website is fortified with robust security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, or alteration. Furthermore, when you place an order, your financial information is transmitted to our servers in an encrypted form using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is currently the safest method for transmitting credit card information online. Rest assured that we do not retain any personal credit card information on our servers.

 

Do you support wholesale purchasing and pricing?

Is your site in U.S dollars?

Absolutely! All our pricing is in U.S dollars, providing a transparent and clear shopping experience. 

 

How long will it take to get my order after it ships?

Please note that we require 3 to 5 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 12 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, as different products have different sizes and conditions, they may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking.

How do I track my order?

Stay in the loop! Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the tracking information you need. Keep an eye on your inbox. Also, check your junk folder occasionally — we wouldn't want you to miss any updates!

 

Do I need to be home to sign for my package?

Not to worry! To make things more convenient for you, most of our shipments are sent without requiring a signature. Your courier will deliver your package directly to your doorstep. However, for high-value or large orders, we may require a signature to ensure the safety and security of your delivery. Your peace of mind is our priority!

 

How do you cancel or modify your order?

Life happens, and we're here to help! If you need to make changes or, unfortunately, cancel an order, reach out to us promptly at samheoutdoor@gmail.com. The sooner, the better – we'll do our best to assist you.
